ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and electric fireplace. Loft has three twin beds. Game room has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Summary: We stayed here for my son's birthday and had an absolutely blast. The air hockey table was a big hit. The beds were so comfortable and you can't beat the wood stove in the mornings.Felt very roomy despite having 7 people in it. Will definitely be returning!

Summary: The house was very nice. Plenty of space. My husband and I were there with my daughter and family Celebrating my 65th Birthday. The air hockey was a Big hit with my grandchildren! The host were always available if we had any questions.

Summary: This cabin was great place to host a family of 9 and a dachshund. Very close to the Village and Boulder Bay Park (walking distance). The neighbors were really nice as well. Overall recommend this place

Summary: Everything was fantastic, from start to finish. Cool Cabins was an excellent place to book with. They were very helpful, friendly and responsive to every inquiry I made. I was thrilled to be able to add-on a Birthday package and a food stock. Our trip was a quick one for our son's 16th b-day with 5 of his buddies, so time was limited. The flexibility and options available for the b-day package and food stock were great! Thank you for a great place, great service and a great experience!

Summary: We enjoyed the stay at the Boulder Bay Bungalow it is a very nice cabin. The only recommendation I would say is to change the lock of the second bedroom next to the playroom. The current lock is not too secure. Other than that everything was great.

Summary: We decided to spend the weekend in this cabin, due to its location near the lake, the games room, hot tub and grill, but it was a big disappointment, the propane tank for the grill was empty, we had to go get a refill, the lights in the hut tub do not work, the table game has a broken disk and the other game is not even in service, although the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, the sheets in the bedrooms smell bad, the house is very dirty, and the lights in the stairs turn on and off for no reason, the front and back gate don't close properly,we are glad we only stayed one night and will definitely not be returning

Summary: The cabin was cute, well accommodated, and in an excellent location. Property managers were responsive and helpful during a little bit of struggle during the check-in process (don't use a digital credit card for this cabin, make sure to use one you have in plastic). It was a short walk to Boulder Bay park and a couple Marinas. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Summary: The property is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to the lake, not far from the village and shopping. It was a decent sized space, and had enough beds to accommodate our group. The house itself unfortunately was filthy. The floors weren't cleaned, the walls and baseboards were covered in dirt, the countertops weren't wiped down. I'm not sure why they charge a cleaning fee if the place isn't cleaned. The doors and windows don't open/shut well. The arcade game in the advertised game room, didn't work - which was a disappointment as the gameroom is one of the big selling points. Parking is weird and wasn't explained at all, and we ended up getting a call from the rental company to move our cars - which was an inconvenice. There's parking on the back of the property, but you only have access to the code on the front door, so if you leave and come back, you literally have to walk around the block to get to the front door and get in, or hop a fence on the property. Not exactly convenient with kids or at night. For our next trip, we will definitely look elsewhere.

Summary: We had a blast. Game room was a hit with the kids. Nice yard space for snow play. Hot tub was enjoyable as well, despite it being a little worse for wear. Nicely updated kitchen, we didn’t leave for food, just cooked.
