The home is very private, quiet and convenient to open space trails, shopping and the Twin Lakes. The house includes 1 GB internet, WiFi, cable TV (HBO, Starz, more), large screen TV. Fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. Central air conditioning. Beautiful fully fenced landscaped yard with many flowers, veg garden, sprinkler system, mature trees, flagstone walkways.
2 Bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. One bedroom is a loft with a king size bed with a walk-in closet with a sink. There is a 8x15 deck off this bedroom with views of the flatirons The other bedroom has a double size murphy bed that folds up out of the way.

Summary: Our month in The Sunny Loft was extremely comfortable and enjoyable! The cleanliness was wonderful as were the Estabrooks who were very prompt with caring for any concern we had. The location is very convenient to Boulder, Longmont, the mountains, etc. The house is extremely well stocked for cooking and regular day to day living. Overall, a very, very nice rental! We had snow on the ground much of our month but a pellet stove was wonderful during the subzero time. A white Christmas for the memories.

Summary: Dennis and Margaret, the owners, are lovely. We stayed 2 months as we were moving to Boulder from another state looking for a house. The sunny loft was cozy and comfortable and our small dog Pappy enjoyed the well-kept yard. Many fond memories.

Summary: We had a great stay at the property. It was perfectly situated to enjoy all the biking opportunities near Boulder. And the hosts, Dennis and Margaret, were wonderful. They made sure the yard was full of lovely flowers, and were very responsive to any issues. They even bought some additional kitchen supplies at our suggestion, and delivered them the very next morning. Just great.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed this property because it was very clean and comfortable and had a fabulous outdoor space. We discovered many walking paths in the neighborhood as well as a variety of hikes. The grocery store was quite close and downtown Boulder was just a quick 10 minute drive. We loved it so much that we have booked it for next summer.

Summary: This house was great for our Boulder stay. The location is so close to walking / biking paths. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is a nice size and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio space. Dennis & Margaret were great hosts, very attentive and respectful.

Summary: Fun little place to stay. Bike paths close by and many trails to hike both near and farther away. Patio and backyard are great and all the flowers and plants are added interest. Nice neighborhood. Kitchen is a little small but workable. Great couch for all of us to gather. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely house for over a month and enjoyed every minute of it. Located in a quite and green neighborhood we were minutes drive from downtown and open areas for great morning run! The house owner, Dennis is fantastic! He was there for us for every need and any question. Supper dedicated and a fun person to chat with. Great experience overall and warmly recommended!

Summary: This was perhaps the cleanest and coziest property I've stayed at. Absolutely perfect for my partner and I and our 2 newly adult children, plus 2 dogs. The house isn't huge, but it's well laid out and feels airy and spacious. The backyard is large, which was great for our dogs. Be aware that the master bedroom is loft style upstairs so conversations tend to carry around the house. The 2 car garage was an absolute luxury given the heavy snowfall. Fantastic to just hop in the cars and go without dealing with snow. Dennis, the host, could not have been more accommodating. Winter storm Xylia closed down I-25 during our trip up to Boulder and he offered to refund any nights we might have been forced to miss due to the weather. We had a small leak in a bathroom drain and he was over to fix it in 20 minutes. Cannot speak highly enough of this host, their responsiveness and generally awesome attitude. This property is ~10-15 minutes away from Pearl St. mall and 'downtown' Boulder, but the neighborhood is charming with many trails and sidewalks. And Gunbarrel is actually more convenient to points north like Eldora and Estes Park. Cannot recommend this property and this host highly enough!

Summary: We we lucky enough to spend a month at this property with two adults, a child and our dog. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a long term stay. Grocery store and many food options close by. The neighborhood is great for kids and dogs. Plenty of walking paths and outdoor areas. The street is very quiet with many families. Our communication with the owners was phenomenal and I felt at ease knowing they were available for any issues that came up. We spent a few snow storms here and we were warm and cozy! I bet spring and summer are exceptional. I would consider myself very particular about where I stay and this is one of my favorite rentals I’ve stayed in! Would highly recommend!

Summary: This place was perfect for a good Boulder getaway. We were in town to work remote and hit the trails, both of which we could do easily from the house and location. Quiet street and neighborhood, safe too. We unexpectedly had a family emergency pop up and Dennis was more than accommodating (without hesitation) in allowing us graciously to cut our trip short with a full refund, no questions asked. Amazing person. Thanks for everything, Dennis.
