Enjoy the best of both worlds at this lovely, 2-acre property conveniently located a short 3.4 miles from the center of downtown, yet set on a very quiet, idyllic cul-de-sac lane with just six homes on over 50 acres. Mature trees line the lane with Four Mile Creek running through it.
The main house features over 4,000 square feet of living space, with the downstairs including an expansive family room, library, rec room, living room, and formal dining room -- perfect for family gatherings. The contemporary-country style kitchen is large and bright, with french doors opening to one of the patios -- equipped for al fresco dining. The first floor is bright and open throughout with most rooms having french doors opening directly to the outdoors.
We have four bedrooms upstairs and a fifth sleeping area downstairs for a larger group. Two of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms with the third and fourth bedroom sharing another full bath.
A charming, 1,000 square foot guest house, is attached via covered walkway and is available separately for a combined rental for larger groups or families. It is perfect for a family with young children or a couple wishing additional privacy from the larger group.
The garden and grounds are lush and extremely private.

Summary: A perfect stay at a wonderful, private, clean, excellent home. We were fortunate to have stayed at this lovely Boulder home. We were in town for the IDT softball tournament, perfect location, close to the venue and downtown Boulder. The house description is exactly as described. I want to mention the highlight of this house and booking, that is Amy, the owner and host. What a special person. Extremely kindhearted, and communication was a 10 of 10. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We would love to stay again next year.

Summary: The home is lovely and exactly as described in the listing. Our family enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in Boulder. This home is very conveniently located to Pearl Street, and all the other things to do and see in The Boulder area. The host had instructions printed throughout the house to make it user friendly. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were in Boulder for a wedding so I had my parents, my spouse and our daughter and family. The house was in a beautiful setting and each one of us loved sitting outside or walking the property. The main floor was spacious and had many areas where the family could gather. The kitchen had everything we needed and Amy was a terrific host. I highly recommend this property to all looking for a terrific stay in Boulder!

Summary: Words that come to mind.... perfect, private, spacious, clean, and convenient! We came to town for my daughter's graduation from CU with 7 other members of my family. The house was a perfect size and layout , never did anyone feel on top of each other or crowded. The house is well equipped with all of your needs. I had a small brunch out on the beautiful patio and we had everything we need including tables & chairs for outside eating!! The location is perfect, I love Boulder but also am aware how busy it has become and even busier on these token weekends with the university and it was so nice to be a short 15 minute drive to campus but return to a peaceful place where you felt outside of the hustle of Boulder! The grounds are lovely and the drive into Boulder is easy ( just make note of the ("water table / speed bumps for anyone unfamiliar with , lol ). On top of this being a perfect location and a beautiful well equipped home & property, the informative, kind and appropriate correspondence with the homeowner was so much more than I imagined with a home rental. I highly recommend this rental and hopefully will be renting again myself when my second Buff graduates and any other time I am in Boulder with the family!! Thank You Amy for everything :)

Summary: Beautiful home and yard. Perfect for our family celebrating our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. The kitchen is perfect and with a great patio for enjoying the yard with family. The beds and home were extremely comfortable with lots of space for everyone.

Summary: My group of 6 had the absolute best time while in Boulder and the house made it so. Everyone had their own space and the common areas gave us plenty of room to relax after long days on the bike. I hope to return.

Summary: I was fortunate to find this property for an 10 day stay to attend my son’s wedding in Boulder. At various points we had 3 generations in the house. There was enough space to comfortably accommodate our group of 2 or 9 depending on the evening. My adult son stayed in the guest house for several nights and the bridegrooms came to the house to dress and participate in the photo shoot. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated with multiple living spaces. Beds were very comfortable and the house was immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook gourmet meals and entertain large groups. The outdoor space was stunning and very private. The location is perfect- outside of downtown but within10 minutes of Pearl Street restaurants, Boulder farmers market, Whole Foods, and multiple shopping opportunities. There were great running/walking trails adjacent to the property providing the best Colorado has to offer to my 80 year old parents as well as their 20 year old grandchildren. The owner was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. When we had an unexpected problem, she was kind enough to send her son over to help us. I cannot rate this property highly enough, I just hope it is still available next time I return to Boulder!!

Summary: Our family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and everything from booking to checkout was a breeze. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The yard was perfect with room for stick ball and wonderful nature. Would highly reccomend for those for large gatherings.
