Positive: Kateryna, owner/hostess, is simply the best any traveler could ask for. She responds promptly to requests. She is very helpful in providing information that you may need while staying in Kremenchuk. I stayed here last summer for 3months and returned this summer for 3 months in large part because Kateryna is just First Class! The location was perfect for my needs. It was close to the city beach, local grocery stores, banks, cafes, shops of all kinds including very cool local market bazaar type stalls that sell everything imaginable. Boulevard is located on main "boulevard" in Kremenchuk. There are stops in each direction for the electric trolley cars and "minibuses". Most of the "business district" is within easy walking distance. There are many wonderful parks within walking distance. These parks are maintained well, beautiful flowers, mature trees, benches, and safe at any time. There is a police station and court house on the ground floor of the building. And the good Lord willing, I will be back in 2024

Negative: There I s some street noise, but it didn't bother me.

Positive: The location was ideal for my two stays totally nearly 12 weeks. The trolleybus and minibus stops were within 50 meters of the building. The main shopping and business areas are within walking distance of the building. The ATb supermarket is 2-3 blocks away. The is a shopping bazaar within walking distance with an incredible variety of goods. The City Beach is within walking distance. The train and Bus stations are close and easy to get to...less than 1.5km and I walked to both of them. And last, but not least, Katerina, the hostess, was just marvelous. She responded quickly to my emails and was very helpful.

Negative: I can't think of anything worth mentioning that I didn't like

Positive: The location was perfect for my stay. The Boulevard within easy walking distance, of most everything I needed: ATb Supermarket, bank, the City Beach, embankment and park. There is also good shopping, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The electric trolleybus stops are just a few steps away from the building. The approach to the bridge that goes to the other side of the Dniper River is only about 3 blocks from the Boulevard. The main train and bus station are only about 1km from the Boulevard. Thus the Boulevard is very convenient for both tourist and business travelers. The hostess/manager Katerina is simply wonderful. She responds to questions and requests in a very timely and efficient manner. The maids were very friendly and my room was clean and orderly. I fully intend to stay at the Boulevard when I return to Kremenchuck in late October.

Negative: Well...the weather could have been better. The last two weeks were cooler and more rain than I expected. Of course that is not the fault of the Boulevard. 😀
