Positive: Everything was as promised; the owner, Kevin, was exceptional and went out of his way to make sure there were no issues. Responses to any questions were almost always immediate. Given the central location, the condo was remarkably quiet. The condo, including the kitchen area, was comprehensively equipped. Superb air-con, fantastic shower, large fridge and good safe. Staff at the building were friendly and discreet. Regular cleaning and towel changes.
Negative: The absence of any view from the window was unusual, but it did make sure the condo remained nice and cool. The dimmer on the lights didn't really work, but with multiple lighting options, this didn't really make much difference.

Positive: Excellent communication with owner, very responsive and exceptional service - flight delayed, but owner was there at 5am to check me in. Very central location and yet very quiet. Well equipped apartment, safe and clean. It's on first floor (Asians call it second), so only one set of stairs.
Negative: A small foot towel/bathmat would be good. A stand/table for suitcase would be very useful. I'd have preferred key to deadlock rather than only doorknob lock.
