Summary: The property was perfect for what we needed, and very close to everything we wanted to do. The communication was clear and fast and the stay overall was just a smooth and great experience. The house is nice in décor and very cute! We did walk to a couple places and it is a pretty good location as far as cities go! 5/5 would do it all again!

Summary: Unfortunately we were unable to stay here as we did not realize the property was up two flights of outdoor stairs, and no parking was available . We had full size suitcases, it was pouring and with no parking it just wasn’t feasible. I did not receive any check in instructions until I sent a message that morning. The host did not provide a phone # so communication was slow.

Summary: Love the location of the home. We were less than a 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in NuLu. As 4 women traveling together I thought the area was safe and easy to get around in. Check-in process was easy and the bonus parking on the side of the home was also great. The home was super cute, but did not have nearly enough outlets.

Summary: Very clean. Good for friends/family. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Pull out couch is big enough for one adult or 2 younger kids. It's in an older, but quiet neighborhood. It's within walking distance of a couple of restaurants.

Summary: The house itself was really cute and clean when we arrived. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The reason for the 4 star rating is 1) the location. It’s walkable to NuLu, but as two women on our own, we didn’t always feel safe walking back to the house at night. Nothing ever happened, but it was just the general sense of unease. 2) the first night in the house there was an animal of some sort either in the wall or attic making very loud scruffiness/scratching noise. I messaged Chad in the middle of the night and he attempted to get an exterminator out to the house but was unable to do so while we were there. I have no doubt he will get it taken care of. 3) The house is obviously older but has been renovated nicely; however, the exposed brick in the living room is deteriorating causing brick and mortar to fall on the floor. It didn’t affect our stay, just something to be aware of. Overall, we had a great stay and Chad was very easy to communicate with.

Summary: Went to Louisville to see a concert and had a great weekend! The place was even bigger than it looked in the photos and had a huge spacious parking area and cool backyard. Would definitely stay again!
