Summary: We rented this for Derby weekend, and it was great! It was a very reasonable drive to Churchill Downs. We loved the nearby restaurant, and the house itself had a great layout to make sure that everyone had their “own space”. The only negative was that several of our pillow cases had stains on them, but we were easily able to find extra linens that were clean.
