Positive: The property is spotless - extremely clean and very beautifully furnished. We absolutely loved the decor - it is restful for the eyes and has been well thought out. The rooms are incredibly spacious and modern, the balcony is an added luxury and has a slight view of the beach. The property on a whole is lovely, the kitchen is well equipped with additional kitchen utensils. The property is near to the beach - only a few minutes walk which is lovely, the area as a whole is a lovely area and there are quite a few parking spots available on the public roads surrounding the area, as well as the one permit that is allocated for 1 car in the car park.
Negative: You cannot smoke on the balcony - normally places with an outdoor area permit smoking, so this flat would not suit smokers even though there is a balcony outside. Some more additional items on arrival would be nice, normally when renting a whole apartment there will be a whole milk in the fridge (not small sachets), more cleaning products such as bin bags, detergent etc., Also, there were complimentary biscuits layed out for us, however, they were all out of date - (we discarded of them after having accidentally eaten an out of date one), so maybe more attention to smaller detail.

Positive: Location, (we knew the area having lived their prior) space including outside space (balcony) a home from home. Parking spot and a second bathroom were an added bonus. Information to hand in the welcome book.
Negative: There were no summer duvets, so the bedding was too warm. The cutlery wasn't great. Could do with more chopping boards that are not wooden and some placemats to put hot items on.

Positive: The owners made sure that there was plenty of information about local attractions, as well as providing tea, coffer, milk, and sugar upon arrival. All cleaning fluids were provided to allow crockery to be cleaned when required, without having to go out and buy the fluids.
Negative: Nothing really
Summary: A very clean, modern with great spacious lounge, and great idea to have bedrooms to the front.
