Positive: Great location, comfy beds, nice kitchen
Negative: We ended up in the studio apartment that was in the loft, there was no aircon and it was baking hot, the sofa was broken and it was difficult to move around the apartment with steep stairs and no handrail with beams and walls in the way. This should have been left as a loft and not converted into an extra apartment. Bedroom could have done with being vacuumed more, especially under the bed, kitchen sink took ages to drain and some light bulbs didn't work.
Summary: Avoid the studio apartment in the loft if you can

Positive: Gorgeous little apartment in the heart of Freiburg. We found everything we needed: coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, mini-fridge, and a balcony. The room was spotless, and the bed was larger than a king-size and super comfortable. A huge plus is that it's just steps from the wonderful Stadt Garten, and it's a ten-minute walk to the old town. It was a wonderful stay.
Negative: We had some difficulty checking in and getting our room keys, as there's no reception. I would make the check-in process smoother.
Summary: It can't get any better than this.

Negative: The bedding and pillows . Pillows were a funny shape and not very comfortable. The bedding was well used and needed replacing. It didn’t feel clean and fresh. The air conditioning unit didn’t help it was little more than a soft fan .

Negative: Abraham was very accommodating and let me into the apartment early in the afternoon, it would be nice if standard entry was closer to one than three

Positive: Wonderful apartment modern and clean with a beautiful balcony and a great neighborhood. Location was next to the city park and within walking distance to the old town. On street parking available or for a small fee you can have a reserve spot which we did.
Negative: There were no negatives for us
Summary: Great value, beautiful location I would stay here again.
