47 m2 living space: bright apartment with a view of the large garden, new kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Liebherr fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, egg cooker, coffee, tea, sugar, spices ...) with table and Chairs, bed 140x200 + sofa bed (about 140x200), bright bathroom with shower and window (hair dryer available). Large beautifully landscaped garden with seating and sun loungers, large trampoline for young and old (diameter 3.8m). Wi-Fi for free. Absolutely quiet environment, no street noise (only birds twittering :-))

Shops (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market) on foot or by car in a few minutes.
The tram stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot (drive to Victory Monument / city center / Freiburg Cathedral 14 minutes). By bike you also need so long in the Freiburg city center.
A swimming pool (with a lawn) and sports / tennis courts are 200 meters as the crow flies. From the plot you can see directly the Black Forest (10 min walk). Wonderful walks / trails to Wildtaler and Lehener Eck; the Glottertal is about 6 km away and can be "hiked").

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Although the wetter was nice and warm, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. Add the comfortable bed and a very quiet neighborhood and a good night sleep is well assured. There is a nice garden that can be used whenever one wants with spots with sun and shade, whatever you like. Ulrike is very kind and helpful. If German is not your best language, Ulrike also speaks English very well. If you are looking for a base for a hiking holiday up in the black forest or want to visit the beautiful city of Freiburg or other scenic villages nearby, this apartment will suit you very well. We fully recommend it.

Summary: This was our second stay in two years at this nice apartment. We stayed for two weeks and felt very comfortable. It is conveniently close to Freiburg, very quiet, with free street parking. The owner, Ulrike, keeps the place spotless and provides nice touches such as fresh mint from the garden for tea. We shall return...

Summary: Very nice property in a great neighborhood. Ulrike was very friendly and accommodating. Only issues with the property were as such: 1. Key to the property was not readily available. We had to contact the property owner via phone in order to be let in. 2. Kitchen seemed to be just outside the main unit, kind of part of the main house in the basement. Not a huge deal, but could be if you're looking to stay long term and utilize the kitchen heavily. Overall though, would definitely recommend!!

Summary: Late review - My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in December. It was a great experience. The place is very clean and has a great setup with a private bathroom and a separate kitchen. The kitchen has everything one needs for a longer stay, and the bed is very comfortable. Parking is available if needed, or one can use mass transit to easily get to Freiburg. Ulrike was a great host and made our stay very enjoyable.

Summary: We enjoyed staying with Ulrike very much. She was so helpful and nice. I was in town for a yoga conference and she helped me so much by explaining the local tram and train lines. Also, my husband is interested in skiing in the Black Forest, and she gave him a lovely long list with all her recommendations. As for the apartment, it was perfect for a weekend getaway for a family of four. We had everything we needed, including coffee, which I find essential. Thank you very much, Ulrike! We enjoyed our time there!!
