Positive: Location, friendly staff at front desk, facility was suitable for family travelers. Near by grocery store, coffee shop & pharmacy.
Negative: No room cleaning service (self cleaning services). For such a price, it shall be included. Parking shall also be free of charge for residents.

Negative: The property is within a large complex which has a hotel, mall, clinics. However there is no name board of the hotel apt at the entrance. The check is in done in a group hotel within the complex. It took us 45 minutes to find out the location. The hotel apt is high tech but does not have basic like a toaster and fans. Fans are required because the Aircon is not so good in the room. The design of the bathroom is not smart. It does not have place to keep soap in the bath area, the water comes out to the remaining area of the bathroom when one showers.
