Positive: Everything was SUPERB! Jerry & Tanya are exceptional hosts and tour guides. Check in and check out was efficient and seamless. The location of the property was perfect in Wells, 30 mins drive from Bristol airport and only a few mins from the high street with several shops, bars and restaurants. Wells is also a ideal location for tripping around Somerset with several beautiful towns, attractions within 30 mins. The cottage was fantastic and certainly not what you would expect from a rental property. The attention to detail in every room exceeded any expectations we had. Easy to see that Tanya has a clear eye for interior design. The garden area was stunning and especially at night when lit up. We loved sitting out there for pre dinner evening drinks The beds were very very comfortable and the bed linen was of high quality. The kitchen had everything one could ask for - the coffee machine was a nice bonus as was the array of herbal teas on offer. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wishing to visit Wells, Somerset

Positive: This place is lovely. I could leave it there… The house is amazing decorated, with a keen eye to detail. Beds are very comfortable, great shower, kitchen (tea and coffee station is a treat) living room a nice place to relax and the garden courtyard is a lovely place to chill in the evening to have few drinks and catch up. The photos are a true reflection of the property. Jerry and his wife met us at the property and showed us around giving us a chance to ask any questions about the property and the area. Nice gesture. Communication with Jerry was great through out the stay. Deposit returned on leaving date. Very efficient. Location is fantastic being just off the high street with many cafes, restaurants and bars. Market on Saturday was really good. Allocated parking space round the corner which is not a problem. Another car can be parked in the Morrisons car park for long periods using Just Park app - 2 days parking for £5 - great deal. And it’s a 6/7 min walk back to the property. If you’re a Hot Fuzz film fan, this city is a must visit - make sure you do the self walking tour - map available on the internet.
