Summary: Apartment was an easy walk from train station. It offered everything we needed. Only shortcoming was that we couldn't connect to wifi.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as expected. Clean, bright and beautifully decorated. On arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. The location was perfect and quiet. The only criticism was that it turned out that parking in Rennes is complicated and expensive and although this is obviously beyond the control of the owner we feel it would have been beneficial to make it clear in the original listing that while the apartment was advertised as having 'Parking' in reality Mon through Saturday from 9am to 7pm you have to pay. To park outside the apartment would have cost upwards of 60 Euros per day, and alternatives would result in spending a considerable amount of your precious vacation time either moving the car every 2 or 4 hours to a new location or searching for somewhere to park for the day miles from the apartment. Fortunately, we arrived on a Sunday when parking is free and in the end we decided to spend our only full day on the Monday outside Rennes.

Summary: We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The building is very secure and there are museums, the train station, wonderful restaurants, and shops within a short walking distance. We highly recommend the property and would stay again.

Summary: Danièle went above and beyond with her helpfulness. She helped us navigate a railroad strike before our arrival, met us on arrival and explained everything in the suite to us, and left a comprehensive binder which included valuable information, especially about recycling. Small things, like a vinaigrette being included in the supplies, were very much appreciated. Danièle, we can't thank you enough for your graciousness.

Summary: I was so pleased to have found this apartment. It's in a perfect location - just a few minutes from the train station and not much farther than that from the old town, the tourist office, the wonderful timbered houses, and the cathedral. The apartment is comfortably furnished, including a very comfortable bed and is quiet and impeccably clean. The tile floor in the bedroom is amazing - when I looked at it at night, it was like seeing stars on the floor. Daniele, the owner, was especially kind and gracious, agreeing to let me check in early, something that was especially important to me because I had to cut my visit to Rennes short. She has placed maps and books of Rennes in the apartment and took time to explain how to find certain landmarks. The apartment is truly a delight.
