Summary: extra paid for a sauna in the room. Having read the instructions we could not get it to work. I explained when I was leaving. I was told that I must not have read the instructions and if I had called somebody they would have got it working. That is what normally happens. To me this says there is an on going problem. I was offered a cake for my disappointment. Not good enough.

Summary: Friendly staff & very polite, hotel is situated in the center of Groningen & approximately a15min walk from the train station. Plenty of choices for breakfast, certain areas of the hotel are in need of decorating along with new carpets ( tripping hazard) did not see any wheelchair access

Summary: Had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was beautiful. Great location and very clean room. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Summary: Beautiful historic building directly on the main square. Saturday night can be a bit noisy, but that is to be expected with the location. Friendly and very helpful staff.
