Come stay in the newly renovated room at the Magnolia Lodge!! This room features a fully functioning small kitchen, a queen size bed, a 40'' cable tv and wifi. We are 2 miles from Chautauqua Institution and a block up from the lake. For the cheese lovers, we are across the street from the artisan cheese shop Reverie Creamery. Just a short 5 min drive to Bemus Point where you can enjoy the new EBC brewery and a 35 min drive to the Peek'n Peak Ski Resort. We can't wait to host you on your stay!

Summary: Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean! The outside could use some updating but the rooms were just like the pictures. Very nice and a very comfortable bed!

Summary: The room was accurate to the pictures but the outside of the building was a bit dilapidated and old. The steps to the upstairs were worn and splintered. Every morning when I left, there would be a man under the stairs smoking a cigarette, usually shirtless, staring at me as I left, which was a bit unnerving, especially when I left wearing a dress and he stared up at me as I walked down the stairs. The local area is ok. You’re within half an hour of several wineries, and there are multiple restaurants within a few miles of the location. There isn’t much lake access very close, but you can drive to a state park about 15 minutes away

Summary: Property Mgr was very upfront with all the details before the trip which made everything flow very smoothly. Very nice accommodations that have been recently updated. Bathroom was a little small but that is a minimal complaint. It was nice to have a stove, microwave, fridge and dishes which allowed us to have a breakfast onsite.

Summary: The room was a very nice size, nicely equipped, and very clean. The shower is a bit small and challenging for a tall person. The main complaint I have is the cigarette smoke smell in the hallway leading to the room. Thank goodness the room didn’t smell or I would not have stayed there.

Summary: First time on VRBO and owner was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with all my questions. Property was exactly as listed. Perfect place for getaway without the feel of a hotel! Great price and great location to Bemus Point and wineries.

Summary: Everything was clean to perfection. The bed was very comfortable with high-end linen. We were supplied with more blankets and towels than we needed, also kitchen things. Tiffany provided coffee, and we really appreciated that! Tiffany was prompt and responsive to all my questions. Everything was so easy and comfortable.

Summary: We were visiting nearby Sherman, NY for a music festival and didn't feel like embracing the entire camping experience. We found Tiffany's property and couldn't have been happier with our stay! To be fair, the property didn't look like much from the outside, but the inside and the room itself was absolutely spectacular. Everything was clean and freshly renovated. The bed was incredibly comfy and we had everything we needed for a perfect 4 night stay. Tiffany was the consummate host and a text away if we ever needed her.
