Positive: Excellent property and friendly host. Supplied free extras - tea, coffee, scones and eggs.
Negative: Nothing not to like - property is in the centre of Stanhope i.e access to pubs, takeaway, independant basker, butcher and the co-op. Ideal for exploring Weardale.

Positive: The cottage was located very centrally just off the high street, and very handy for everything we wanted. It was exceptionally clean, and the owners had kindly left us fresh milk etc, and some lovely fresh scones on our arrival. Fresh flowers on the table was another small but kind addition.
