Positive: Property was perfect for a weekend break. Some snacks were provided which was lovely . Clean and warm.

Negative: The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the heating was slow coming on in the morning.

Positive: This is what seems to be a converted garage. They have utilised the space extremely well to create separate living space for guests. The space is ideal for a one/two night stay or a single person needing somewhere to stay on a work trip. The two small bottles of water in the fridge and the handful of biscuits were a welcome touch.

Negative: It takes four minutes just to get back off the estate. For the price, it would've been nice to not have to buy things like coffee and milk. There is a connecting door just outside the bedroom to the main house which granted, was always locked, we just don't like the thought of a connecting door into our space.

Positive: The guest house is impeccably well equipped, beautifully furnished and a wonderfully homely and comfortable place to stay. Thoroughly impressed, a strong 11 out of 10 for me. The owner was also absolutely lovely.
