We have thought of everything to make this a fun and relaxing vacation for you and your family. We hope you have a hard time deciding if you should relax in the private pool-side oasis (unheated) or swim at close-by BradleyBeach (a 4-minute walk). Or, if you can't decide, you can just step out of your front door to stroll around Fletcher Lake.
You and your family will love the large private, fully enclosed backyard. Of course, one of the best parts of the yard is the largepool that goes from 3' deep to 8' deep. It even has a diving board at the deep end! We have lined the pool with comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas so you can relax in comfort. You will also find a large outdoor teak dining table (seats 8 easily), a Weber natural gas grill, and a separate large lounge area with comfy seating for you to enjoy. And, for yourconvenience (and fun), there is a new, private outdoor shower too.
Tired of the sun? You'll find plenty of options to comfortably spread out inside. The first floor has an overstuffed, deep sofa in front of a large internet TV, a sitting area with a viewof the lake through a 12-foot bay window and a setof reading chairs flanking the working fireplace. There is also a private bedroom with a desk on the first floor -- in case anyone needs to get a little work done while you're away, we have1Gig mesh wifi that extends to the pool area. We have also just installed a full bathroom on the first floor and a new full-sized Washer and Dryer.
Preparing dinner will be comfortableand easy in this kitchen as it has open views(and access) to the yard and pool. The kitchen has just been updated with Quartz counters and new Stainless Steel appliances, The dining table has a gorgeous view of Fletcher Lake (especiallyatsunset). After dinner, you can sit on the front porch and gaze at the ducks swimming in the lake.
The house has a wide driveway and garage, so parking will be easy; there is room for5 cars plus a level 2 EV charger. Or, feel free to hop on one of thecruiser bicycles that are available if you prefer to leave your car at home.You won't need your car if riding a cruiser bike (locks provided) is good for you.
Upstairs you will find 3 private bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed while one bedroom has twin-over-Queen bunk beds and the other bedroom has a full bed. The fourth bedroom, on the first floor with a desk, is a twin day bed with trundleto convert to king or two twins. We do have central air conditioning but have added a window unit on the second floor for extra comfort.
In addition to all of the items you would expect, we have stocked the house with the little things to makeyour stay fun, comfortableand relaxing: board games, fully outfitted kitchen with new appliances, endless hot water heater, new coffee maker and grinder, fast whole house and poolside wifi, new corn-hole game, luxurious beach/pool towels and all bedlinens, and, most importantly, a beach cart, 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 8 beach badges. Nearby, find a children's play park, mini-golfis a 5 minute walk on the boardwalk, Asbury Park and Belmar are a 15 minute walk or a quick bike ride for even more restaurants than Bradley Beach has to offer on Main Street -- and we provide you with our list of favorites!

Summary: This place is freshly updated in most rooms, and very clean in the entire house. Bedrooms were nice-sized. Sheila responded promptly and courteously. It has all the amenities renters need. The pool as really a plus. Note though, that if you have young children the pool does not have a fence around it. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach, a mile to town, and a a few miles walk to nearby towns. We will rent this place again if we return to Jesey Shore!

Summary: Air conditioning on first floor only. Only one window unit in one of the three bedrooms upstairs. Close to the beach, one block away. Clean and nicely laid out. Nice backyard with pool, but unheated, so quite cold.

Summary: The house is really nice - the pictures don't do it justice. The best part is the backyard. It is beautifully landscaped with a wonderful pool (part deep enough to use the diving board). Plenty of seating options in the yard, including 6 chaise lounges, a very nice dining table, and a seating area with couches and chairs. Plenty of umbrellas for shade, an outdoor shower, and a nice sized lawn area, as well. The ground floor has 4 different seating areas, one of which can double as a bedroom, and 2 large smart TVs. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a newly-renovated bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor bedrooms are not huge but have plenty of storage, and a nice-sized older bathroom that has had some nice updating. Central a/c on the fir No direct a/c on the second floor, but cool air from the first floor's central a/c plus fans in each bedroom make it ok. The house is very well stocked - 6 beach bikes, 6 tubes for the pool, lots of towels, a beach cart with beach umbrellas and 8 beach chairs. The owners have thought of so much that made our stay easy and enjoyable. And the owners are great hosts. They were very responsive (for example, the coffee maker broke and there was a new one on the front steps that afternoon). The house is a block and a half from the beach and across from a nice like (with lots of geese - you probably won't want to stroll in the lawn around the lake). With the pool and beach so easily available, the house makes for a great beach rental.
