Positive: Our room had recently been refurbished. Loved the mirror in the bathroom which had brilliant lighting. Great little kitchen. Lots of places to put bags, suitcases etc. Very comfortable for a family of 4.
Negative: We were in room 21 right next to the busy road. Saturday night particularly, the road was very noisy with cars etc, despite having double glazing. This unit would suit people with hearing aids, that they could turn off at night!
Summary: Perfect, other than the traffic noise at night.

Positive: The bed were extremely comfortable, staff very friendly & helpful and the room was impeccably clean. It had everything I needed including scissors and a stove top. There were lovely touches in the kitchen such as plunger coffee, salt and pepper grinders and a good selection of glasses, mugs, bowls and plates.
Negative: Nothing.
