Summary: Everything was perfect for the price you pay just need to sort out the potholes from the carpark

Summary: Would not recommend. Very shabby and rundown looking. Bags of laundry littering the hallways. Bedrooms and bathrooms need a complete overhaul.

Summary: The hotel clearly needs refreshing it’s tired and a bit scruffy, bathroom in particular. Car park full of huge potholes and large puddles. Staff friendly and helpful. Price reasonable but higher than nicer venues just outside Forest Row.

Summary: No hot water in Delux Room. Mold on some of the grouting. Carpet in hallway very worn in front of window.

Summary: The room was quite spacious though a bit shabby. There was no one at reception at first but i didnt have to wait long, she was very helpful. Even though there was live music in the bar it didnt disturb me. It was fine for the one night i stayed there.

Summary: Comfortable stay. Staff are friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Hotel is a bit in need of some refurbishment but it was clean.
