Conveniently located near Downtown Spokane, the Spokane Arena and The Podium. This up and coming neighborhood is right on the outskirts of Kendall Yards and offers many eclectic food and shopping options! A short distance from local culinary delights including The Backyard Public House, The Bruncheonette, Doyle’s Ice Cream Parlor, Vieux Carre NOLA Kitchen, Maxwell House Restaurant, Indaba Coffee and Made With Love Bakery!
The Space:
Newly built in 2023 with a modern yet functional open floor plan design. The space has been thoughtfully curated and decorated with both masculine yet delicate details and a touch of Pacific Northwest pride. The wide open and spacious floor plan allow for guests to really spread out while still staying connected. The bottom floor includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities and half bathroom. In the living room you are welcomed with a cozy reclining sectional sofa. Enjoy a relaxing evening in while watching your favorite shows on the impressive 85” smart TV. The kitchen is adequately stocked with all basic cooking appliances, dishes and utensils which make it very convenient to prepare meals on-site.
Our second floor boasts a lovely master bedroom complete with a full bathroom as well as 2 queen bedrooms and an additional shared bathroom. All bedrooms are adorned with luxurious mattresses, linens and floor to ceiling blackout curtains to ensure that our guests experience a comfortable and refreshing nights rest.

Summary: The two upstairs rooms are not air condirioned unless you leave doors open, Found lighters under both spare bedroom beds. Bathroom mats were not usefull. Way too much communication with home owner with too many specific instructions. Examples are: Collect all towels that were used, strip all beds that were used, and take them to the laundry room but do not start. Carry all suitcases do not roll on floor. The A/C unit had specifc instructions which we decided to not touch as it seemed to imply we could cause the system to fail. We asked about Ebike storage and were told to lock to fence (Over $10,000. of bikes) It would have been better if they just said we have no area to store them, All that said I believe if they fix the A/C unit and reduce the cleanup communications to only what is only needed this could have been rated higher. I also did not appreciate that they had a rating card on fridge asking only for a rating of 5/5. if it was less than that contact the owner instead of posting rating. I believed VRBO should discourge this practice as it leads to false representations.

Summary: We visited for a wedding and thought that the home was accurate from the online listing. Very cute and has a lot of accommodations! It is in an up and coming neighborhood, so we tried not to be outside a lot at night, but in the daytime we took a stroll to a cute neighborhood cafe that was only 5 mins away (Made with Love). We even walked to downtown, thought it was a bit of a walk. Communication with the host was great and they were extremely helpful to offer suggestions in the area too. The only very small complaint is that we are from Texas and used to central A/C and the two smaller rooms did not have systems in them. We opened the windows up in the evening but it was still pretty warm. Overall amazing stay and beautiful and clean space! Would come back and highly recommend!

Summary: Excellent property, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were new and very comfortable with plenty of bedding. Well stocked, equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer were a nice, appreciated addition. Furniture was very nice. Will stay again.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The communication from the host was always fast. The check in and out processes were easy. The space is exactly how it looks in the photos. The beds were VERY comfortable. Because no space is perfect, a few things to note. Our main concern would be that noise carried through the walls very easily. There wasn't anyone in either of the other two units so it wasn't an issue. But if there were we suspect noise could be an issue. There is no regular cable just streaming, which was a disappointment. We don't do TV at home, so when we travel we love watching channels that weren't available. But it's not a deal killer. It was disappointing that the TV in the master bedroom didn't have the same channels that the living room did, so there wasn't much to watch when we didn't want to view the same shows. The neighborhood is old and run down, but this is one of a number of newer properties that show it's an area that is being revitalized. There is a police "station" on the corner which helps with the feeling of safety, but we had no negative experience of any kind that made us concerned. The kitchen has all the right items to make cooking "at home" easy, though we would have liked a larger frying pan. Host thought of a lot of little extras, like cotton balls and Qtips in the bathrooms. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this property and host.
