Beautiful quiet surroundings. The home is nestled in the woods of the Smoky Mountains. Whether you are planning a mountain getaway, hiking trip (Appalachian trail is five minutes away), hike to the black stacks, fishing, rafting, a trip to the hot springs, Dollywood, Bristol motor speedway (an hour and a half away), or just a fun filled family vacation. Look no further! Our luxurious and spacious two-bedroom home with two king size beds and a brand-new pull-out couch with a queen size mattress in the loft, has two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Our favorite highlight is the large front porch with 6 rocking chairs across the front to enjoy the serene surroundings and the sounds of the creek flowing. The house is supplied by natural spring water with an extensive filtering system. The kitchen has fully custom cabinets and is completely stocked for cooking meals. There is a washer and dryer in the mudroom. There are three flat screen TV's, one in the upstairs loft, one in the living room, and one in the second bed room upstairs. We also have star link internet service. This is a non- smoking home. It is immaculately maintained, with heightened attention of the importance of cleanliness and disinfection. Our professional cleaning staff both clean and disinfect with EPA - approved disinfectants following CDC guidelines before and after each stay, providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests. The mountains are full of wildlife including deer, turkey, birds, bears, and snakes. Our home is close to Asheville and historic downtown Greeneville, TN, and Marshal, NC. We love animals but, because it's a brand-new home, no animals of any kind are allowed at this time. Feel free to ask any questions. We want to make you're stay as nice as possible on vacation.

Summary: Our Stay was Wonderful! It was very relaxing and quiet. It was well stocked as our own home. It was very clean and neat. Not too much furniture but just enough. I personally had something I needed to work on, on the internet. (No trouble getting on) But the home was so relaxing i couldn't make myself do it. There was a hammock out in the front yard under a nice set of trees, but since i fell out of one last year at an outing with a friend and scare the customers i was a little afraid to get on it to really relax but I had to at least lay across it because I love them. The house was not far away from restaurants or other stores either. Police were stationed at areas along with 'road closed' signs that we should not wander into so we felt very safe too. There was no way it could have been any better. I would recommend the Barndominium Short Vacation to anyone for a mini vacation or a long one. It was wonderful! When we need the host they were there johnny on the spot too. Wonderful!

Summary: Jodi’s Barndominium is just a delightful spot in the mountains. The house is decorated beautifully, and furnished well, with even snacks and sodas provided! All of the living areas are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. But the front porch with rockers and a busy hummingbird feeder was our favorite for chilling, reading and hearing the creek flow by. It has good access to a variety of outdoor activities, plus access to stores and restaurants in Greeneville, or over in NC at Hot Springs or Marshall. We give it a big thumbs up!

Summary: Where to begin...? This property is stunning! The workmanship and care put into this home shows in every corner, inside and out. It is so warm and inviting. The decor is modern, mountain side cozy. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcomed with many warm personal touches. One being a big bowl of yummy snacks greeting you when you first enter the home. Along with tons of useful information about local and surrounding area sites you can visit during your stay. The home is equipped with everything you would ever need to stay comfortably. Our family of 6 stayed all week and prepared meals in their wonderful open kitchen. We only needed to bring in our personal groceries and clothing. Everything else is provided! Including cooking staples, sodas and bottled waters. It was all appreciated very much since the nearest grocery stores are a bit down the winding scenic mountain roads. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 guests to come together to visit, eat m, play games, have movie nights, and to just relax! Our son and gf live off grid 5 min away on their very own mountain top and were able to come have meals and game nights with us. It was a wonderful week visiting our son! I could go on and on with all of the thoughtful things the owners provided for us. We truly felt like we were extended family. Communication from the owners was quick via Vrbo when we had questions during our stay. I highly recommend booking this beautiful property. Definitely a week to remember!

Summary: I had to be in the area for my father's funeral and we needed extra beds for our selves and guests. What an unexpected delight! Soaring ceilings, modern furnishings and most of all the king beds with luxurious mattresses and pillows. Our friends while coming in had a terrible experience at the historic General Morgan Inn in Greenville the night before and commented, why not go minutes up the road for this amazing place for the same money? It was a sad weekend for me but the serenity and comfort of this cabin gave me a much needed getaway each evening...of course the last night included a quirky and fun Pacman tournament! Whether you are the area for family or leaf season , I highly recommend this home away from home!
