This brand new home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as an eat in large kitchen island that seats 6, an open concept kitchen/dining and living room. There is also Full Laundry (washer/dryer) included with your unit in the garage. The interior is super bright with natural light.
The exterior of the home features on-site enclosed garaged parking for 2 cars, a gas grill and a sizeable deck with great furniture. This stand out property has private deeded beach access and is located on sandy Wells Beach and the restaurants, retail stores, arcade, bakery, microbrewery and so many more amenities that this area has to offer.

Summary: The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. Close to beach access. The new build should have excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise. Host was quick to respond to our messages.parking for 4 vehicles…5 if small vehicles.

Summary: The location is perfect: it is just across the street from a really nice beach. There was also plenty of room and beds for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids). The place is in need of quite a bit of maintenance though. It is managed remotely so if you have issues during your stay, not much can be done quickly (there was an issue connecting the grill to the propane tank and we were offered to go buy the fix ourselves or wait 3 days to get it). The place only gets cleaned in surface, so some items (A/C units, ceiling fans, blinds, stovetop burners, etc) are really dirty. It is also lacking proper dishes and had only 2 wine glasses between the 2 units. So, to sum it up, the place is well located and can accomodate a small group comfortably for an enjoyable beach vacation, but it is not maintained with care.

Summary: Excellent location with plenty of space! It's actually two side by side units with two separate kitchens- we went with our adult children and extended family and plenty of room for everyone.Minutes to everything cool at the beach!

Summary: This property has a great location for a family summer beach gathering. The double sided home allowed us to have multiple families stay comfortably, allowing the ideal mix of togetherness and privacy! Wells is a place my wife grew up visiting with her family and this place allowed us to introduce the magic to our kids!

Summary: My family stayed at this cottage where there certainly was an abundance of room for everyone! It had all the amenities as listed and just steps to the ocean! We brought our dog which was an added bonus. We would love to return next year!

Summary: Great little spot so close to the beach. We did a 7 friends “Ladies Weekend “ here and it was perfect. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable and everything we needed. And the beach is literally across the street. The owner is very responsive. The porch is so sunny and had plenty of room to hang out and relax! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to enjoy close access to a great beach!
