The whole family/friends can enjoy their stay at this brand new, stylish, single-story 3 3-bed, 2-bath home. Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, it can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably on our high-quality green tea memory foam mattresses. The kitchen has beautiful high-gloss cabinets, a waterfall island, & white Carrara herringbone backsplash. The garage is converted into an arcade room for adults and children! There is a back patio w/ outdoor furniture, charming string lights, & BBQ.

The house is conveniently located in Santa Ana, borderline Fountain Valley, minutes away from neighboring cities Garden Grove, Westminster, Huntington Beach, and Costa Mesa. Miles Square Park & Golf Course is one block away!

This property is an entirely brand-new construction ADU (additional dwelling unit) on the same lot as the main house. However, it has a separate entrance, driveway, garage, and yard. No amenities are shared, there is no interaction with the front house tenants, and it is completely fenced off which makes it super private :)
The master bedroom has a desk and chair, perfect if you're working from home/traveling. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower.
There is another full-sized bathroom with a standup shower in the hallway between the other bedrooms.
In-unit washer and dryer are located in the Garage/Arcade Game Room!
Sleeping accommodations:
All bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed, which can sleep a total of two guests per bed. We can provide an extra air mattress for extra guests upon request. Being that the bedrooms sleep 2 guests each, with the air mattress, we can sleep up to 8 people.
Families traveling with children:
For traveling families with little ones, we can prepare a highchair, and baby bathtub, and pack & play for you! Please let us know when you book or before your check-in :)

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay. The pictures actually looked like the property. It was clean and it was the perfect size for our needs. The kids (and adults enjoyed the game room). There were some very minor concerns with electronics and the host was responsive and helpful. Although it’s located in Santa Ana, it’s very accessible to little Saigon and many other fantastic food options. Highly recommend.

Summary: We came for my daughter’s wedding. This place gave us the space we needed with all of the necessary things to make our stay comfortable and pleasant: coffee maker, washer/dryer, hair dryer, plenty of closet space, easy access to the main road, parking area. Owners were helpful and communicative. Location is ideal for visits to Disney or the beach…both about 15 minutes. Thanks for the visit!!!

Summary: It was so cute and very easy to check-in. Very short trip to Disney the only downside is after a long day you decide to order DoorDash it gets delivered to the main house. We had to run and intercept the dasher so they would disturb those tenants.

Summary: We are regular travelers and I would rate this home as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to Disneyland. Communication was great too. Meraki Stays was amazing! We love this home!

Summary: What’s a pleasant experience at this beautiful home! As we walk in this home after a long flight we felt just right at home with high quality and comfy furniture and mattress the place is supper clean! The home build very modern with high ceiling with some clear glass so the sun can shy in. From the shampoo, detergent, utensils very well thought out for the guess. We notice evrything in this home the way it was build using high qualities products. The location is excellent close to restaurant, mile square park marker etc 5-10 mins distance. And most importantly the location is very safe and in a great neighborhood. And for the price and value we couldn’t ask for more 10/10!

Summary: We stayed here over Christmas weekend, the location was perfect, very close to our relatives’ home. The house was just as described on the listing! Clean, spacious, high-ceiling with lots of natural light :) The host was responsive and helpful! We ran out of paper towels on Christmas Day. I messaged her and she dropped off a pack of paper towels for us in less than an hour! She went above and beyond, even on Christmas Day to accommodate us. Thank you so much for hosting us! We’d love to book again next time we’re in town 😃
