Summary: The house was as described Everything was clean and nice. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Nice for riding bikes and walking. Plenty of room inside and a nice layout. The back lanai was very nice to relax and enjoy. The pool was very clean, but cold through the first couple weeks. The host Margaret was very responsive and got back to us right away within a couple minutes. We will try to stay here again!!

Summary: The house was very modern and comfortable. I appreciated all the dishes and kitchen gadgets. Pool area is beautiful, although we weren’t able to use the pool because of the cool weather. Door code is nice so you don’t have to deal with keys.

Summary: This home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need. It is close to shopping and the neighbors are friendly. The owner is always available for any question. The pool area is peaceful and well equipped for families. Great for vacation or short weekends. Lots to do nearby.

Summary: We were here for five weeks starting at the end of feb and all of March. We loved the house as it was very new and clean. Safe neighborhood too. The pool is not heated and so the first 3.5 weeks it was chilly until the night temps warmed up and we were able to use the pool more frequently. All the conveniences of home but since it was very new the master bedroom didnt have a dresser to put clothes away- just a large walk-in closet with a shelf and a hanging organizer. There were no side lamps on the nightstands in any of the bedrooms for nighttime reading. There was one tv in the living room that was only streaming We are a little older and “streaming” is a bit over our heads so we watched a lot of Netflix. The main water is well and in the bathrooms it had a smell to it and kinda an orange tint. Kitchen water has a filter so that water didn’t have a smell. Beaches were about 20-30 mins away - Englewood Beach was nice. The area is still developing so hopefully more restaurants will be popping up. Grocery store is close. All in all it is a very very nice comfy home and the owner very accommodating and communicative. A welcome book with service dates for the pool, lawn and garbage would be nice to have as we had to ask the next door neighbor. We brought our own lounge chairs for the pool area as there were none - we checked on this before we came down. Garage not available so we had to put our bikes (we brought them) around in back.
