Summary: The house is in poor shape and hasn't been maintained. Dirty carpeting, area around the pool is cracked and chipping. The bathtub drain and sink were both clogged, and the owner neglected to do anything about it during our three months stay. The latch on the sliding glass door wouldn't lock. Spare bedroom fan was loose and wobbly.

Summary: Very nice home in a nice relatively quiet neighborhood. Well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen. Anything we needed was there. Almost like being home. Only a couple miles to Warm Mineral Springs Park.

Summary: The house had everything you could need. The beds were very comfy and more then enough linen and pillows. The location was great. The pool is clean and the TV is a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.
