Positive: The condo was beautiful, offered easy freeway access, centrally located, comfortable beds, nice showers.
Negative: Upon arrival we found the master bedroom carpet to be filthy, not just a little dirty. If I was staying at a hotel I would have requested another room, so this is one of the drawbacks of airbnb. Also the amenities had washer and dryer checked off, but our until did not have a dryer, which made the washer useless too! Garage parking was advertised, but upon arrival the instructions said we may have to park on the street if the garage was full. That didn’t happen, but I didn’t appreciate that that wasn’t shared in advance since the area was in the city and the security of the garage was nice. The second day we were there our garage code didn’t work, and upon calling management we discovered they had changed it, but neglected to notify us…so keep that number handy! Also there is significant freeway noise, which was also mentioned in the notes upon arrival, not in the original listing. So although there’s a balcony with bbq I couldn’t imagine using it because of the noise level.

Positive: It was modern, spacious, clean, had 3 large TVs, and garage parking. It also had a nice outdoor area but we didn't get to use it.
Negative: Internet service was sketchy, had to use my own hotspot. Fridge filter was 5 months overdue and did not make any ice. Highway noise was very loud in living room and primary bedroom. The TV volume had to be on very loud to hear it, I actually had to put on closed captions. Beds were too firm for us. Parking spaces were very tight, we could usually only get out on one side of the car.
Summary: it was okay, nice condo, first time not to stay at a hotel, liked the extra space and rooms.

Negative: The dishes were dirty and we had issues with the washer it was leaking and also we had to pay for our laundry to be washed because the washer wasn’t working properly so that was an extra expense we had to do
