Summary: This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host.

Summary: The cottage is very nice and cozy. The host is very sweet and accommodating. We could easily walk to UC Berkeley, many restaurants around and shops - we didn't need a car until we went into SF. I hope to stay again.
