Summary: Great location in new construction! Great common area to hang out and really comfortable atmosphere. There are three flights of stairs for those who may need to be cautious with children or elderly.

Summary: While the property was still a bit of a struggle with the instructions from the owner, we arrived at 2am so please keep in mind we were tired, every thing else was fantastic. Effy was excellent in communication, very flexible and extremely kind working with me for our business trip. When the smoke detector batteries went out our first night she worked with us very quickly to solve the situation. 100% recommend and would stay again.Also, the ground floor bedroom and bathroom were such a pleasant and welcome surprise.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay, new complex. Food close by, grocery about 4 miles away. Check out the breaded tenderloin at the Friendly Tavern in Zionsville!

Summary: The pictures don’t do it justice, this was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed with VRBO - it was so clean and had everything we needed. This was not a negative for us, but just be aware. There are a lot of stairs.We had dinner at Capri and we had dinner at North Point Creamery. Both were amazing!
