Positive: I liked having separate sleeping areas with separate bathrooms for each of us. It was a cute home. I liked having more space than a traditional hotel room. All 5 of us fit comfortably.
Negative: The 12-page contract was sketchy with tons of rules and regulations. They made me send a copy of my credit card and driver's license as well.The street is very narrow, and the neighborhood is tight. There are no blinds on 2 of the windows in the master bedroom hallway, so light comes in at night and in the morning. This was disappointing. The long stairwell might make it difficult for older customers to get up to the bedrooms.

Positive: Loved the character of the home. Enjoyed the big soaking bath tub with the separate shower. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.
Negative: The door automatically locks every time it is shut. My phone died and I got locked out and couldn’t remember the combo, I had to walk to the store to charge the phone to access my email to gain the code.
