Summary: We had a lovely stay in Isabelle's condo. We were only there for 3 nights because it was our 1st time renting a condo out of the US and weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The condo was just as pictured, clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 young kids. Although we didn't cook in the kitchen, it was stocked with everything one would need. We also loved the location of the condo, an easy walk to 5th ave and Mamita's Beach. Isa was very friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us her personal cell and we text her during our stay for recommendations on food, rental cars, general questions etc. I even left a pair of earrings in the bathroom and she delivered them to our resort. (we split our trip 1/2 condo and 1/2 all inclusive). Overall, the condo was a great experience and definitely made us change our mind about condos vs. all inclusives. Thanks Isabelle!

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for the entire month of February 2017. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed with a modern kitchen, comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms + bathrooms, and great wifi. We spent a lot of quality time at the rooftop pool lounging, relaxing and working on our tans. The building gym has quite a bit of equipment and I used it a lot - in many cases I was the only one in the room. The building location is perfect, only 3 blocks away from 5th avenue and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Building staff (front desk security and cleaning staff) were friendly, helpful and patient with our lack of Spanish. We will definitely go back!

Summary: I stayed at Casa Matteo with my girlfriend and my in laws we just love this apartment. The place is decorated with taste, the bed are so comfortable even better then my own bed!!! We enjoyed the walk to go to Shangrilla beach, we feel close from everything!! The Roof top pool is absolutely amazing we enjoyed every minute of it. The best part of the roof top was the Two massive Jacuzzi with the perfect view on the Caribbean Ocean!! Isabelle our host was great really helpful and present. She gave us great tips on the restaurants and thing to do. I recommend to any one to stay at Casa Matteo this is the best place I stayed so far and it is my 16 times in Playa del Carmen!!
