Be one of the first to stay in this gorgeous Point Loma unit with all new finishes, floor, walls, windows, lights, AC, paintings, kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, bath, storage shelves, and furniture.
Located in the heart of the Point Loma Fleetridge neighborhood, this is a brand new house. This is a private entrance first floor unit. The space features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 walk in closet. Living, dinning and kitchen are layed out in a welcome open space. It is very comfortable for 1-3 people.
The Point Loma and Shelter Island areas are some of the most prestigious areas of all of San Diego. You'll enjoy incredible access to the scenic harbor front and marina in a very calm and peaceful dead end street with no traffic, high end neighborhood. You will enjoy a brief walk to the village for shopping, restaurant, fishing, bayside parks, yacht clubs, Shelter Island, and many attractions and recreational amenities.
My husband and I (Ping and Jane) are your hosts. We live upstairs in the main house on the property. We will be good resource for questions about things to do around area. The bedroom's 4k Smart TV has a build in Roku, in addition, we provide Netflix.
Compared to most homes on the coast does not have air conditioning, we just installed AC to add more value and comfort to our guests.
The unit is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a mid stay cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of $120. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled.

Summary: As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Summary: Wow! We stayed 8 nights in Jane's immaculate and lovely home overlooking downtown. Communication was smooth beforehand and we were comfortable arriving after dark to the beautiful neighborhood. Jane came down the stairs to greet us warmly and show us where the lights were as we had been driving all day. The next morning we discovered the location is near shops, restaurants and the marina. We could walk to everything! We visited Carrillo National Monument, Sea World and Sunset Cliffs which are minutes away. We parked in the driveway, though street parking was always available. Going in and out was easy using private entrance behind a gate. Jane was kind, knowledgeable of the area and eager to help. The kitchen has everything you could need as we cooked a few nights. The bed and linens and towels are top-notch. You feel well taken care of as Jane has everything covered. There are even magazines and books, if you have time. The television works great and offers Netflix and the local channels. I cannot imagine a nicer place to stay. Yellow roses were blooming out our door each day. Jane even gave us some fruit from her garden to add to our morning yogurt. Thank you for a restful vacation. We will be back!

Summary: The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the marina. We booked this property for three nights and enjoyed the accommodations very much. The owner reached out before our trip to find out if there is anything specific we needed. We informed her about our preferences and they were both met. I highly recommend this property for a stay when people are traveling for the purpose of spending time in San Diego within walking distance or a short drive to the marina.

Summary: My experience with Jane and Ping was exceptional! The Unit was quiet, Cosy, centrally located in beautiful Point Loma. Approximately 2 miles from the Airport. The Unit was well appointed and comfortable. Most important to me was the availability of air conditioning, due to a chronic breathing condition I have. Very comfy bed and complete kitchen. Their Property is stunning with beautiful plants, fruit trees and container gardens.Jane and Ping were very gracious Hosts and always available for any needs. I look forward to my next visit to San Diego - and will absolutely stay with Jane and Ping again!

Summary: Jane is an excellent, responsive and thoughtful host with a supremely clean and comfortable guest house. The house is absolutely spotless and includes everything you need for a comfortable quiet stay. Jane has clearly taken the time to make sure the house is well-equipped and that every guest is comfortable and happy. Her garden is also peaceful with many lovely fruit trees and vegetables, and there is a table there to relax. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely come back next time we are in San Diego! A+
