Positive: Good location, Easy to check in/out. Liked the house had all the basic necessities. 
Negative: Some cleaning could be better. There still was long hairs behind bathroom doors from other tenants. garbage left under the beds. Air vents were all dust garbage and not cleaned.
Summary: Overall was a good experience and was happy with the place.

Positive: I was definitely impressed on how accommodating the Proprietor was dealing with me, over the phone, for payment and access to this property. When we arrived the place was welcoming. A nice bottle of wine was on the table and the kitchen had all items that would be needed for a longer stay. We only stayed one night but the beds were so comfortable, the downstairs bathroom had a shower and the upstairs had tub and shower. I would definitely stay here again in the future if available. Parking on site and amenities within walking distance. Awesome to watch the soccer games across the street.
Negative: I was not missing a thing.
