For avid golf lovers, the location doesn’t get much better than this. The property is set between the 10th green and 11th Tee. Cinnamon Hill is one of the best golf courses in Jamaica, and you are also within easy reach of White Which Golf Course and the Half Moon Golf Course. Another key feature of this home is the Half Moon Tennis and Beach Membership offering complimentary use of the Sunrise Beach area, two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, fitness centre, Croquet and miniature Putting Green, plus numerous restaurants on the beach. Tennis, water-sports, spa facilities and horseback riding may be booked on the day of service.
The design is reminiscent of a Tuscan Villa, with a cloistered entranceway, earthy tones and contemporary design at its best. There is an open plan formal sitting area with open plan dining and fully equipped kitchen. One of the main features of this stunning home is the large pool area which features comfy seating and dining areas. There is a bar and grill area and entry to the wet bar with full-size pool table with two 50’ TVs. The pool terrace leads straight on to the golf course, where their caddies can meet guests to tee off from the 11th hole.
There is a hot tub on the master bedroom terrace and a smaller plunge pool linked to the main pool with a waterfall to the spa terrace on the lower level. There is an evening dining terrace, with infinity edge feature pools overlooking the 10th fairway and green.
