Villa Maria: A True Jamaican Experience (one of few Beach front villas in Mobay).
Please note:

We are uniquely located on the back oceanside of the airport in close proximity to Sandals Montego Bay.
Our community is well patroled by police. It is considered to be one of the safer neighborhoods in Jamaica due to the fact that it is a one-way in and one- way out community.
We also have a private monitored security service with armed response. However, I can assure you it is not needed.
Our job is to keep you safe and make sure you have a great, memorable Jamaican vacation.

Dinner can include up to five-course. With this option, the chef will prepare meals perfect for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or simply a hassle-free way to enjoy your vacation. Our chef is well versed and can accommodate food allergies as well as dietary restrictions, e.g., vegan or vegetarian cuisine. Menus will be listed soon.

The community:
Villa Maria is nestled in a fishing, fairly modest community full of kind, wonderful people. When described as "authentic," it is true. Know that you WILL see evidence of this as you approach as well as the energy of the village. Please don't be taken aback. Though not surrounded by other mansions or a fancy development, it is safe, charming, and so very full of love in all details. Maria Villa is Montego Bay community tourism destination - equipped with a community soccer. For the avid fishermen, this is the perfect spot for sport fishing and other Watersport activities. Here you can chill on island time, watching the sunset and the kids play, while just feel irie!!!

"Maria Villa" is an independent seaside villa, nestled in the quaint seaside fishing village of Whitehouse, in the heart of Montego Bay, Jamaica - just 7 minutes from the Islands biggest airport, 10 minutes from the Montego Bay Convention Center (the Caribbean's biggest convention center), and the world renowned White Witch Golf Courses, and a stones throw from Sandals
Montego Bay.
Maria Villa, following the classic Florida Beach House architecture style.
We recommend ordering from the Chefs menu if you're planning a birthday party. This will allow you to experience the full service of Villa Maria.
Public beach and restaurants are just a pleasant walk away through a tranquil seaside village scenery.
Interior Description
"Maria Villa" is a 4 bedroom house, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant and tasteful furnishings.
On the ground floor: entrance to the elegant living room with large sofa with a huge flat screen TV, with streaming service; dining room; small service toilet; kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.
The first floor bedroom is equipped with 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king. Bathroom with shower and rails for guests that need extra assistance and a closet.
On the second floor with access also to the roof of the building: there are 2 sprawling balconies - with one at the front, offering a splendid mountain and air port view, and the other to the rear of the property, offering great ocean views, where you will enjoy the views of arriving cruise ships. There are 3 bright, perfectly appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower / toilet and air conditioning. Both bedrooms offer serenity, peace, and tranquility, and the natural sound of sea waves is so priceless. It will always put you to sleep.

Summary: If you would like an experience with a beautiful view, amazing accommodations, and outstanding food. This is a place for you! The staff, manager and cook are ready to assist you. The pool and beach were prepped daily. Planned meals we’re leaving your tastebuds begging for more! The ladies checked in for your needs to have fresh towels and linens and assist in anyway they could with a smile and kind heart. The manager was exceptional. He can help you book excursions/sightseeing help you find what you’re exactly looking for in your vacation. If you are looking for all of the above and being immersed into the community this is an amazing place to stay. We chose to enjoy what I described above along with being part of the community. We enjoyed walking down to a couple local restaurants. Watching the kids play at the school across the field. And saying hello to her neighbors down the road.Important points Jamaica is a cash country. Some places and ways of transportation do not take credit cards. Villa Maria was very conscientious of getting us to and from - ensuring that we knew we were safe and then a friendly community

Summary: Had an excellent time at Villa Maria. Rowan is second to none. Marco is great. Mr Headly was awesome as a driver. You cant swim at the property…which we were well aware of, but, if you bring good watershoes, you can walk out past the reef and there is some excellent snorkelling out there!

Summary: On our third visit to Villa Maria we took our adult kids and our grandkids ages 11 and 7. We all had a ball. We were met at the airport by Rowan who is like family now. The staff is amazing, property clean and safe and the ocean as blue as I remember. They kids didn't want to leave and we're asking when we could come back.

Summary: The property is beautiful, very clean and the staff are awesome! We wanted to brin Chevy, Shelly and Chef home with us! One love! My granddaughter wanted to stay forever. She made sand castles on the beach and lived in the pool. Marco kept the grounds very clean and the pool. The owner was so easy to communicate with and always responded to ALL my questions promptly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you all for everything ♥️
