For safety, fireworks are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM, as we are in a peaceful community. Guests should bring their own linens, blankets, and towels, but these can be provided for an extra fee. Pillows are provided. Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture and beds. Any pet damage or extra cleaning may result in charges. Exterior cameras ensure security, and we ask guests not to tamper with them. At check-out, please take garbage and recycling to the local waste facility if the landfill is closed.

• Life Jackets: Four life jackets are available, but if you need one specifically for you or someone else, it is your responsibility. Use the life jackets at your own risk, ensuring they fit properly.
Guest Responsibilities:
• Respect and Care: Tenants must treat the cottage and its property with respect and care. The cottage should be left in the same clean, neat, and tidy condition as it was found.
• Garbage and Recycling: All extra garbage and recycling must be taken to the local dump before check-out.
• No Smoking or Vaping: This is a “No Smoking and No Vaping” cottage. Smokers must smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a proper container.
• No Parties: This is a “No Party Cottage.” Guests are not permitted without the owner’s approval. No parties, stags, etc. We cater to family groups.
Pets:
• Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are accepted.
