Welcome to your luxurious home away from home outside Austin, Texas! This brand new home in a quiet neighborhood and is professionally decorated in a Modern Organic style. There is a large outdoor patio and large fire pit area - s'mores included! Kitchen is stocked with breakfast items, snacks, coffee, pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking. The park and playground at the end of the street (four houses down!) will keep the kiddos happy.
NOTE: This home is designed for families or couples. Whether you're visiting for a UT football game, to scope out the Austin housing market, visiting family, or your son or daughter has a sports tournament in the area - this house is for you.
NOW FOR THE BORING PART:
This home is NOT ideal for bachelor/bachelorette parties, or friend groups visiting for downtown partying. Ubers from sixth street can be pricey, and our neighbors with babies and young children prefer quiet surroundings. Absolutely NO PARTIES, or guests not on the reservation are allowed.
We have a strict no pet policy. There is a $250 fee if we discover you smoked, brought a pet, or invited people that are not on the reservation. Additionally, there is a $50+ fee if checkout instructions are not followed.
