Summary: The property appeared a little run down with the outside deck areas and some needed repairs inside. We were greeted by the manager to whom we expressed concerns with the dirty, pollen cover closed in porch and broken outside furniture which was also reported to the manager. It did not appear the closed in deck was power washed as indicated by the manager who later stated it would be done in May. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher soap due to limited or no supply provided. When addressing concerns I was told it is done the end of May. This is a great location and the house was comfortable despite the issues with the heat/air conditioner. I would not recommend renting this in the off season since the house was not ready for use upon arrival. The air conditioning/ heat was being serviced and the outside amenities could not be used

Summary: This house was perfect for our three families to spread out but also let the kids bunk up and enjoy downstairs all to themselves! We loved going down to the park, going to the market for donuts, walking the beach and enjoying the beautiful views. We can’t wait to stay here again next year. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and the host was very responsive to any questions.we loved it!
