Positive: It’s a turly brand new house and well furnished for nice stay, AND with magnificent sea view from all rooms. Pluse, Emma is a such great host and helper. When we found a bag was left behind in the house and called Emma for help, she rushed to the house and spent a quite bit of time on finding the bag, and made a big effort to send it back to us. Thank you Emma!

Positive: New, modern and clean accommodation. There was a beautiful view from the house to the bay. The beds were very good and there was enough space to chill around with our family of 2 adults and 3 children.
Negative: We think for such a beautiful and modern house the internet was not totally up to standard. It was pretty slow and sometimes it was not possible to connect. Traveling

Positive: The host Emma is approachable and very friendly. Easy to communicate. Emma also helped receive our grocery shopping delivery and placed them nicely in the fridge before we arrived - much appreciated. Great ocean view from the bedrooms. The place provides high-quality amenities and fixtures, with modern-style furniture. The well-pointed location leads to a nice track to Mount Kauku. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet during the night.
Negative: The constructions right behind the apartment make noise, dust, and some discomfort about privacy as some windows facing that side do not have curtains. We couldn't open some windows because of the dust and noise, which made the space too hot during the daytime. We could see workers working on the site all day long whenever we used the bathrooms. The kitchenette provided is of no good quality nor sufficient. The bathrooms were not cleaned to the standard that could make us feel comfortable to use when we checked in. Some of the forks and cups were wet and dirty but stored in the cabinet. Overall, the place can be prepared better until it can host guests who may expect a luxury holiday home with this price.
