Positive: We had a fine, well-furnished three-bedroom apartment with a view of the Pacific. Comfortable; very good value. I would stay here again.
Negative: The elevators never worked properly; almost every time we had to get help from the staff, who reported that having them repaired would take a long time. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, with inadequate pillows.

Positive: The hotel is on a very busy road and it is very difficult to leave the parking (like in Panama in general). The apartment was ok, although for the price I have slept in better places around the world that offered more. Wi-Fi worked in the living room and the last bedroom was not necessarily working properly anymore. The windows were very dirty, the floor on the terrace also had not been cleaned in a long time. Raul handed us the keys and left quickly. Receiving the keys was hassle-free, but when I asked via what's up if he could borrow a hair dryer, he wrote back that he would try to arrange something tomorrow and did not respond again. I did not receive any answer, even that there will be no dryer. I work for in customer service and I know how important customer feedback is, even if the information is not positive. Although I believe that my request for a dryer was nothing special and with a little willingness it can be arranged by the client.
Negative: Dirty windows, dirty terrace, dirt in the corners of the rooms. Wi-Fi only works properly in the living room. Two elevators for the whole building is not enough - you have to wait a long time for an elevator, one elevator did not work for half a day (but we have no influence on it) The windows are not tight and the noise from the street reaches inside very clearly (I was in another hotel in Panama and the windows were very tight there, no noise from the street was getting through). In the master bedroom, in the wardrobe on the top shelf, I found men's panties from previous guests - disgusting

Positive: the spacious luminous apartment with great 180 degree views. kitchen well equipped loved the modern furniture designed the gym view was superb
Negative: the parking garage was way too small for a van. We had to do lots of maneuvers to get in and out of the third parking level
