Positive: Everything was perfect. There is plenty of towels, games and kitchen items that makes your stay easier. We arrived earlier and Lorena was super kind letting us enter a little bit before. Would recommend to stay here.
Negative: The FOB key is useless. Doors to beach and pool were always open and you are obliged to pay for it.
Summary: Would recommend to stay at this property if you are looking for a chill place to relax while on vacation.

Negative: The additional add on cost for daily cleaning when there was NO daily cleaning. Also there was a roach outside our door for our entire stay.

Positive: This was an AWESOME location for our family vacation! Only about a 20 ride from Ft. Lauderdale airport and right on the beach. The unit is on the 2nd floor of the Sian residences and has an ocean view from the balcony. The building has a private pool and a private sand walking path to the ocean- both great when traveling with kids! The pool gets pretty shady in the early afternoon, which is good if you need a break from the sun but still want to be outdoors. The apartment was super clean when we got there! The table was set beautifully with dishes and a centerpiece, the beds were made, and fresh towels and linens were in the large closets. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a cooler, and more all available to use. The unit also has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 large TVs, and Wi-Fi. There are stores/ restaurants nearby that deliver, which is a plus, and no shortage of Lyft/Uber drivers when you need them. I would 100% stay at this location again. My kids loved it so much, they never wanted to leave! Lorena is a very attentive host, as well. We has 2 very minor issues, and she was there w/i 3 hours to take care of them. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation ☺️
