Positive: The location and prices was amazing. I attended a conference at a near by hotel so the location was perfect. Nice to have options at the restaurants and pool was really nice. Corrine at the front desk was very helpful and very nice.
Negative: The tv in the bedroom did not work and I was told that someone would come and look at it. No one ever came. As well there is no phone in the apartment - there is a phone but it also did not work. I would book again however I would expect everything to work. Thank you Michelle

Positive: The location is amazing, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has everything you need during stay. Beautiful view from the balcony (37th floor). Nice pool area with bar and restaurant.
Negative: The apartment was not in the best condition, seems used a lot. When we arrived the glass coffee table was broken in the bottom, with potentially dangerous sharp edge. Table lamp wasn't working too. Cleanliness was so so, the floor was dirty. The building is cheap, low quality and poorly designed. Elevators is a bad joke. Be ready to spend 15-20 minutes waiting to go up or down, lol. You must wear a wristband or will pay a fine. This is ridiculous. Valet parking is BAD for $39/day. No self parking alternative and be ready to wait another 15 min when they retrieve your car. They offer only SMS service to request a car which frequently simply does not work when you are in roaming. They use any mechanism to get money from visitors. 20% service fee for food or drinks and it does not include tips for staff. 10$ bottle of water + tips.
