Come relax with a well-deserved vacation ON the Beach! Perched on the third floor (there is no elevator in the complex), the condo has the perfect panoramic view from pier to pier. It's close enough to all the exciting action at the boardwalk, yet far enough away from the crowds to provide peace and quiet.
What more could you ask for? Your stay will be unforgettable and effortless because this spacious condo, full of light, has everything you need for a stress-free, fun getaway for the entire family. ALL paper goods and basic kitchen supplies are provided....including the coffee!) The well-stocked kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining area, is flooded with beach and ocean views. The colorful, beachy bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Linens, towels and beach towels are all INCLUDED at no additional charge.
Your extraordinary views of the ocean, from every room, will provide hours of enjoyment while you watch the pelicans, sea gulls, shore birds, and porpoise (and maybe even a whale!) . Allow your senses to be awakened by the ocean breeze. You'll love the tall chairs and tall stools on the balcony so you can see OVER the railing instead of through it! You feel like you're right ON the beach!!
Our storage closet next to the private beach walkway is full of goodies that will take away the worries of purchases and will save you money! You'll find visors, a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards. There are 2 community pools (cleaned every day during season) and 4 outdoor showers. Pools are open May-October. Carport parking for maximum of two vehicles.
Carolina Beach offers an array of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The Tiki Bar/Pier on the beach is just steps away. Directly across the street you'll find outdoor casual dining for pizza, cobbler, and seafood.
Spend your days by the water and your evenings at the Boardwalk! Live music at the Gazebo. Family night. Bingo. Free fireworks over the ocean on Thursdays, during the summer, can be seen right from the balcony! Summary: The location of this condo was fantastic! We really appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts. They thought of everything! Condo was very well stocked- salt & pepper, paper plates, cleaning supplies. We were traveling from out of state so being able to save space and not pack beach chairs and beach towels was a huge plus!

Summary: We have stayed at this condo before this summer and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend it. It is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home at the end of the building, which gives a wonderful view of the ocean.

Summary: Highly recommend this beautiful beach front condo! Amazing beach views!Beautiful cheery decor. Condo was fully stocked with so many little extras! Unfortunately, we had a rainy week but the condo was cozy and had plenty movies, books and games. Plenty of beach gear for when we were able to get to the beach. We had a great vacation despite the rainy weather. The owners are so wonderful and checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We would love to return to this fantastic home! Summary: We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property! The oceanfront views truly are breathtaking. The condo is well maintained, cozy, and accommodating. A few things to note: (1) this is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of steps, with no elevator…so groceries, heavy luggage, beach equipment can be a challenge (2) the loft is an amazing space, but extremely hot, even with the fans and window unit. It’s manageable though and not that bad, once you get use to it (3) there is a lot of decor which makes the condo very cozy and it’s obvious this is the owner’s home-away-from home and well taken care of, but it leaves very limited space for the guest’s items while staying there. Also have to be mindful of breakable wall decor with children, particularly in bathroom The turtle room is adorable and my daughter had a blast staying in that room for the week. She also got a kick out of having her very own tv in the room! We were able to watch the Thursday night fireworks from the balcony with no problem at all - perfect view! The condo is in a great location with a ton of walkability to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. The owners are super sweet and stay in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything they can assist you with. It is very obvious that they care about not only their personal condo, but about the guests who stay there, which was very reassuring! We will certainly be back!

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Everything was perfect again. The view is amazing. Darlene communicated very well and you can tell she truly cares about our family! The kitchen and baths were stocked very well which made the stay a lot easier. The property is well maintained and clean. This is truly our home away from home! Thank you for another amazing week!

Summary: This condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean, everything was well-maintained, and it had everything we needed (and more!). We really appreciated all of the information available on everything from local birds and stars to restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of adults and teenagers. We loved the cheerful decor and the ocean views from every window (especially the window seat in the loft!). Everything went very smoothly and Darlene answered the few questions I had quickly. We were sorry to leave, and hope we can stay again sometime!
