Positive: It was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfect in the 100 degree weather we had, and it was very accommodating to my family of 7. The golf cart was an extra bonus that worked well for my family because we could drive it down to the beach and park without having to pay and we could drive it to the boardwalk instead of driving our car. If I had any questions, the host would respond quickly.
Summary: I would definitely consider staying here again!

Positive: Home was specious and inviting. The owner has toys for different age groups in the home, as well as games for the family to play together. This home had a golf cart available (included with price). The owner was helpful when I had questions and responded quickly. The home is fully furnished. They have everything you need in a kitchen, extra blankets, towels, and bedding. Another thing that I loved, even though I didn't need it during this trip, was that the owner had baby/toddler items available for use. Including but not limited to a high chair, pack and play, and bassinet.
Negative: The only complaint I have is that I didn't book a long enough vacation.
