A beautifully presented 2 bedroom balcony apartment in Woolacombe overlooking Combesgate beach with spectacular views of the sea and countryside.
From the glass balcony and front room you can gaze across the sea and watch the ever changing seascape. Just pull up a rocking chair and relax!
The apartment has been recently redecorated in a contemporary coastal theme. There are 2 bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin with tv and dvd player for the kids to enjoy a movie night from the huge collection of DVDs. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living room boasts amazing sea views from a large window and a super squishy sofa to curl up on after a busy day on the beach. There is access to a balcony from the dining area to truly enjoy the views. There is a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer.
There is a cupboard full of games for when the weather isn't being too kind and another cupboard full of beach bits (beach towels, buckets, spades, beach chairs, wind break, parasol) for when it is!
There is a designated parking space right by the front door so no great distance to lug your bags. In fact no need to move your car at all if you don't want to, everything is a short walk away. Woolacombe has a great range of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and beaches.
A short drive a way there are more sights to see if you fancy venturing to Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor, Barnstaple or Croyde, there are many more places to explore.
There is also unlimited broadband and a lovely welcome pack to await you.
We have tried to think of everything and hope you enjoy your time here, but we are also always open to suggestions should you think we've missed something.

Summary: The apartment was just right for us (4 adults). Plenty of room for us all, clean, tidy and what a view! We all really appreciated the bubbly and extras which was a lovely touch. Woolacombe was great and the beach is wonderful. The hills were very steep but we all managed them! Thank you Suzie for a wonderful stay. X

Summary: We had a great family holiday, nice apartment, within walking distance from the beach. however being next to other apartments could be noisy at times especially during the night.

Summary: Stunning views from the living area. The property has been beautifully designed and has everything you need. The lounge area and 2nd bedroom are more spacious than photos suggest. Highly reccommend by us!

Summary: We only stayed for a few days but loved every second. There’s no need to watch tv with the views of the sea from comfy chairs. Check in was smooth and we were even lucky enough to be able to check in earlier! Really lovely place and will definitely be coming back again

Summary: What a wonderful apartment, decorated beautifully, with amazing views that you can't believe. We spent many mesmerizing moments early morning & evening sitting on the balcony or in the rocking chairs just taking it all in. Suzi the host was so easy to contact & even let us know we could arrive earlier as the place was ready, left gorgeous treats, & the place really has everything you could need. You are spoilt for choice for glorious beaches, whether sand or rocky within a short stroll, & great places to eat close by, we were even lucky enough to hear the local shanty group singing live outside the local pub in Morthoe!.There are plenty of scenic walks on your doorstep , and with almost 5 days of brilliant weather we couldn't have asked for more. Can highly recommend, & like others before us feel sure we will be back as soon as we can. Thank you.

Summary: This was our first visit to Woolacombe and our stay here made it really special. The view is fantastic and the small balcony just great for relaxing. Everything we needed was provided. Most days we were able to leave and just walk or cycle from the apartment. Thanks Suzi for providing such a lovely holiday home.
