Summary: Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night.

Summary: We are an Australian couple in our early 50s, first time ever to NYC. Perfect location and apartment. Photos are very accurate, and of course in person the apartment and views are even better. Bedroom and entire apartment was very quiet. We stayed five nights and didn’t hear a thing. Bathroom is modern. Kitchen has all you need - we made toast, cooked pasta, had cups of tea with a proper electric kettle. Bonus is the washer and dryer which even comes with detergents. We went in February where outside temperatures were -10 C, but never needed to turn on the air conditioning the entire stay, as the apartment was well insulated and never felt cold. Access into the building and the room was seamless, and no one at reception bothers you. The absolute best part of this apartment is the north facing views of Manhattan. The photos do not do it justice. I just sat and endlessly gazed out. Location is literally 10 minute walk directly east into Times Square, but you felt so far removed from the bustle and noise. We walked all around the area and into Times Square / subway each day, and felt safe no matter what time it was. Supermarkets/grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (one across from the building which was well priced). Our host Greg was always on hand to help via phone, and he went out of his way to ensure we had the most comfortable and best experience, which we did. Would absolutely book this again if returning to NYC.

Summary: Amazing location everything is a 10ish minute walk or less subway,mall,timesquare. Property is beautiful and has a good view of the some of the city. The property manager was very communicative and helpful and understanding with everything definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: Was plesantly surprised to see our apartment.Nice n bright with great heating system.Clean too. Owner very helpful but non intrusive. Good deli across street. Self catering if wanted, washer/drier n plenty of hot water available. 10 min walk from times square. Brillient.

Summary: Location (close to time square) is very convenient, not that much to do at night anyway. Fortunately the subway is not so far thus Greenwich is very easy to reach for diner.

Summary: We were a group of 3 adults whom stayed for 7 nights in this fabulous apartment. The view both during the day and night was absolutely fantastic! The bed, couch and pillows were very comfortable for sleep. And the water pressure in the shower was just right. We had plenty of towels. Although we did no cooking, the kitchen was well stocked. It was great feeling like a New York local. Greg and Clara were both wonderful with explaining how everything worked in the apartment. We had no issues to call them about. I would love to stay here again.
