There is also a casita behind the house, which sleeps 2 and has its own full bath. The property is ideal for couples, friends and families.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, blender, a crockpot, pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils and cups. If you prefer cooking outdoors, the house has a great barbecue located in the cute, grassy backyard.

Summary: This is my second time staying at the property and it is a wonderful space for our family. There are technically 3 separate live/sleep areas (downstairs sleeping quarters, main house + casita) and makes it easy for some family members to have space when they need it. There are some board games, beach supplies and other items and kitchen is well equipped for dining in. Las Gaviotas is always a joy to visit.

Summary: Joy is an awesome manger. Great communication. The house is so pretty with an awesome view of the water from the kitchen/living area, patio and one bedroom. Pretty short walk to the beach/surfing area. The pictures make it look a little dark and funky but it was actually bright and has cool/stylish furniture and decorations. There were 6 of us friends. One slept on the comfy couch in the downstairs room. We cooked all our meals there but one and had all the cooking equipment/utensils we needed. Next time I will bring plastic wrap, aluminum foil and lg zip lock bags. We plan to make this an annual trip. Only negative was the $ shakedown we received just before we crossed the boarder to come back to US but no fault of this place. We felt totally safe while staying in the house/community.

Summary: This home had a great view of the surf. I really enjoyed the 3 decks to lounge on. You could move when it got sunny. Overall the vibe of the home was peaceful and comfortable. The home had typically colorful Baja decorations and tile. We will definitely consider this home again

Summary: We had a great time. No issues. The fresh food that was being prepared by the pool on Friday and Saturday was excellent. They had drinks for the kids as well as adult drinks. The community was secure and we felt comfortable walking around. Other guests and residents were friendly and pleasant. The house was nice and comfortable. We cooked a few meals there and we had everything we needed. We will stay there again!
