Sweet Return Villa sits beautifully on the elevated Isaac’s Cliff in the Long Bay area of Anguilla’s west end. Access to the villa is directly across from the main entrance to the Aurora Resort. Centrally located and only a few minutes from Rendezvous Bay beach, this villa has been designed and oriented to capture spectacular views from not only the common areas but also from the privacy of both main floor bedrooms. The villa has a breathtaking panoramic view from the pool ranging at least 270 degrees with stunning views of St. Maarten/St. Martin, Saba, and on a clear day beyond.
The villa is equipped with comfortable furnishings, large windows to capture the breathtaking views and the tropical breeze, hurricane shutters and air conditioning in all three bedrooms. The main house has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, office area, and TV lounge area all in the central living area in addition to a the large pool deck outside.
The pool deck has also been surfaced with slate and furnished with lounge chairs dining table and chairs, and a gas barbecue grill.
This villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom (contact us for 2-bedroom rates) and is ideally designed to accommodate either 2 or 3 couples providing privacy for all. The main floor has two identical air conditioned master bedrooms, Sunrise and Sunset, each with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. These two bedrooms have a large window in addition to a large glass doors opening directly onto the pool deck. The third bedroom and ensuite bathroom is located in the garden, accessed from outside and down steps from the pool deck. This air-conditioned secluded suite has sliding doors opening onto the garden terrace, onto a terrace. This suite can be set up with either one king size bed or two twin beds, it is air conditioned and also has a television.

Summary: Beautiful house, well kept grounds with swimming pool. Great view of water, stars and Saint Marten. Very clean, and stocked well for us on arrival. Manager was helpful and responsive. Info about layout of house not clear from description, would have liked to have known that the 3rd bedroom was NOT attached to the main house, it was actually more of a guesthouse. Would recommend rephrasing the description to “ a detached (guest house) with one bedroom and one bathroom sits just steps from the front door of the main house.” Hot water heater downstairs wasn’t working for the entire week so they gave us a small 10% discount. We had to drag our towels upstairs to shower. Minor concern for our kids’ safety since the 3 were upstairs and we, the parents, were downstairs. Safe island. Have been in Turks and Caicos and more of a concern there.

Summary: Hands down this was one of our most favorite vacation home stays. I cannot overstate how lovely and comfortable this home is. We were a party of six and we had ample indoor and outdoor space (and bathrooms). The home was impeccably clean and comfortable all throughout. Lovely views of St. Martin in the distance and 8 mins (or less) drive to Meads Bay, Rendezvous Bay and great restaurants or a choice of grocery stores. The pooldeck and pool were spacious and comfortable. The beds are the most comfortable I have slept on. This was an exceptionally well-stocked home from pool/beach supplies to a kitchen that is better stocked than at home. Cooking was an absolute treat, they have everything you need to prep, cook, grill, blend, bake, serve and store your food. Plenty of dishware so no need to wash dishes after every single meal. A/C in every bedroom which we only used at night. During the day we kept the sliders open and the breezes were perfect and more than sufficient to keep us and the home cool. Communication from booking and throughout our stay was professional and prompt. Any questions were immediately answered and the local house managers were helpful in answering any questions we had. This was by far one of our top vacation rental experiences and I would stay here again on a future visit to Anguilla.

Summary: We were excited about staying at Sweet Return and we were not disappointed. A very private but convenient location that is well maintained and has every resource you could want. Great kitchen and facilities, housekeeping service was really outstanding, Easy to get everywhere on the island - close to west end restaurants and grocery stores - great location to get to all of Anguilla's fantastic beaches. We already booked for next year!

Summary: The house was well maintained and clean/modern. Privately situated on a hill with a beautiful view of St Maarten and sweeping open views of Anguilla. The house comes with a lot of amenities, from dishwasher/new appliances, and pool/beach gear. The pool was a refreshing option when we were relaxing in the afternoon after beach hopping all day. Close to delicious restaurants like the Sunshine Shack and our favorite beaches Shoal Bay and Meads Bay.

Summary: This villa is fantastic ! comfortable, spacious and has a great great view. It is important to say also that the villa is so airy, that we never had any mosquitos ! The owner was so nice in organizing everything that we felt at home. Also, thank you Catherine from Anguilla Villa Company, who welcome us, and was there for every needs we had. It's been 4 times that we spent holidays in Anguilla, and this villa is the best we ever did. We look forward to coming back....

Summary: I'd planned to write this review sooner, but we were so blissfully happy at Sweet Return that it took me longer than usual to get back to the "real world" when we returned! That's because Sweet Return is fantastic. Bright, airy, comfortable, spacious (being from NYC we are still marveling at the size of the bathrooms!), and oh, that view! But our favorite thing about the house was all of the effort the owner clearly put into organizing everything and making it easy to find: from the kitchen map (!!!) to the fact that every single light switch in the house is labeled…and even the bins…this is truly someone after our own hearts! That attention to detail extended to Catherine at Anguilla Villa Company, who handles the rental details. Catherine went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable, including thoughtful touches like a generous cheese plate and a bottle of wine that she knew we’d love. All in all, we could not have asked for a warmer, more thoughtful welcome for our trip back to Anguilla – it was a “sweet return” indeed! :)
