The house is located on the first floor of a villa built in 2015 in energy class A: underfloor heating, wooden windows with triple glazing, structure and ceiling made entirely of wood. We have taken care of the furnishing in the smallest details to make the house elegant and at the same time very welcoming. All the furniture is new and has been designed, purchased or made specifically for this apartment. The house consists of a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed (with a beautiful view of the valley), a bathroom with a large built-in shower and a washing machine, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove with 4 burners, dishwasher, hood, toaster, electric kettle) and a small loft entirely in wood accessible with a ladder where a person can sleep, especially appreciated by children ... a real refuge inside the house. And finally a small beautiful terrace with a splendid view of the Dolomites equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs. The house is very bright and very warm. It is very quiet, and enjoys a truly unique view of the area.
The apartment is accessed by a comfortable staircase. The villa is surrounded by the garden, which guests can access. A parking space is available right in front of the apartment.
The house is rented complete with quality linen: sheets, towels, tablecloths, duvets. All strictly new ... like the rest of the house. The kitchen is also fully equipped: dishes and glasses, wine glasses, pots, cutting boards, kitchen knives, kettle, toaster, jugs, cups, cups, candles ... in short, everything you need to enjoy a good dinner. A Nespresso with coffee capsules is also available, in addition to the timeless Bialetti mocha.

Summary: We had stayed at Anselmo & Silvia’s apartment six years ago and it was great to be back again. The apartment is well appointed and Sant'Antonio di Mavignola is a beautiful quiet small town, very close to Madonna di Campiglio and all of its facilities but without the sense of rush Anselmo and Silvia are warm & welcoming hosts and gave willing advice on local walking as well as just engaging in friendly conversation. Silvia saved us a lot of stress when one of our mobiles stopped working, suggesting a reliable shop in Pinzalo who got the phone working again in minutes. We definitely we’ll be back for another visit!

Summary: Property is excellent and as described. Anselmo and Silvia are very nice and helpful and live in the property so are easily contactable. The house is in a quiet location but is only 5 minutes walk from the village centre, which has a small but reasonable supermarket and a couple of hotels for a drink or eating out. We enjoyed our meal at Alberta La Posta.

Summary: Third time in the Brenta Dolomites in this wonderful modern apartment, certainly not the last time we hope. It is very spacious and quiet, close to many hiking opportunities. We have been very lucky with the weather, so we very much enjoyed the beautiful colors of nature in autumn.

Summary: Very modern, spacious and comfortable appartment in the Brenta dolomites, close to the starting points of many hikes. Great view of the mountains. Cool inside despite the unusual heat. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Summary: The flat is very nicely furnished, modern, comfortable.Good beds, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with shower. In the terrasse there is space for 3.4 persons, (but not for eating), with a great view on forest, meadows and mountains. You can here the river but it is not loud. No traffic noise. Anselmo and Silvia have been very pleasant hosts. Their nice labrador was a good companion for our two kids. The flat is two minutes walk from the village's small supermarket. It os shielded fron traffic noise. Mavigola is a great place to spend your holidays if you like it quiet and close to nature. Unique postion between Dolomites and the granit mountains of Adamello-Presanella. Lots of hiking and climbing opportunities in summer, splendid forests and meadows with high biodiversity.

Summary: The owners: Anselmo and Sylvia were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The apartment has view on the mountains. Only few minutes of wonderful drive to madonna De Campiglio or Pinzolo, where you can take the gondola to the top. Madonna de Campiglio is pristine, well-maintained and have pretty new tunnel making the access very easy. Dolomites Brenta have great scenery, good weather in September, great trails including via ferrets (if one has guts to try one) Overall highly recommended for mountains lovers. Summary: We stayed in this property during easter and we loved it. The apartement is all new and it has amazing views in a quiet area. Its really close to Madonna di campiglio, just a few minutes drive so its easy to get to the slopes. We will definitely come back!
