Positive: Tommy was very helpful, accommodating and friendly with my arrival and departure. My overall room was nice and clean - as was the washroom; and the bed was also comfy and clean. Bottled drinking water was provided, and I liked the fact that the room also included a small fridge for my snacks. I liked the location - very close to Wellington and also close to Hastings.
Negative: Can't think of anything that I didn't like; or that needed some improvement.

Positive: I like how Tommy, the property owner, is very accommodating and explains everything inside the house to me. He also lent me his phone charger as I forgot to bring mine when I left my home in another city. He also communicates with other tenants when there is a problem, to play the role of a mediator properly
Negative: While the property owner is very helpful and responsive, some tenants living inside the house are causing some unpleasant moments. The property owner seems to struggle to interact with one of them, who always likes to slam the door, regardless it is in the morning or late at night. Also, it is not something I dislike but I did not expect there were many people living in this property.
Summary: I would say overall I have a satisfying experience over the time I stay here.
